Refund policy

60-day money-back guarantee: You have 60 days from delivery to request a refund. To start, contact us through our contact page with your order number, and we'll reply with return instructions. Items should be returned with all included parts, in the original packaging where possible. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

1-year warranty: Defects in materials or workmanship (for example: won't heat, won't charge) are covered for 1 year from delivery. Contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue, and we'll replace or refund the unit. Damage from misuse, submerging the heating base or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Cancellations: Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund your order if it hasn't shipped yet.
