How does it heat without a plug?
A built-in 12,000mAh rechargeable battery powers a 100W heater. No outlet, 12V socket or microwave needed.
How long does it take to heat?
About 20 minutes for a full meal. Thick, dense or straight-from-the-fridge food can take longer.
How many meals per charge?
Two full heating cycles per charge. Recharge with the included USB-C cable (same as most phones) from a wall plug, truck USB port or power bank.
Can I set it to be hot at lunchtime?
Yes. Use Scheduled mode: set it in the morning and it starts heating on its own so food is ready when you sit down.
Is it safe to leave food in it all morning?
Follow normal food-safety practice: keep perishable food cold (in a cooler or fridge if you have one) until a few hours before heating. The Cold Food mode and insulated bag help.
Is it hard to set up?
Five modes, one button panel. The manual walks you through it, and our support team will help if you get stuck.
How big is it?
The 304 stainless steel tray holds 1.2L, a full adult lunch, with a removable divider. The lid is leakproof.
How do I clean it?
Take the stainless tray out; it's dishwasher-safe. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth. Never submerge the base.
Can it charge my phone?
Yes, it works as a power bank in a pinch.
